Hi,
I have been working in Company A for 4 + years and have an H1B from
them.
A week earlier I joined Company B and the Compnay B took care of my H1B
transfer.
Company A has not filed my termination paper work with USCIS.

Anyway, the company B is not the place i want to be and Company A is
ready to hire me back.

Question is :

Does Company A have to file H1B transfer from Company B to Company A (
mind you that Company B have filed for the H1B change but have only
received the receipt yet; guess)?
