I havent been on the job very long to qualify for suffcient income but my mother said
she would co-sign for my husband. Heres the deal .....She and my step father were
together for 12 years before he died 2 weeks ago. She gets his social security of
$1100 a month plus her working part time she makes a total of $1300 a month. SHe and
my step father filed taxes together a few times but there were some times she filed
by herself. SHe and my step father also had 3 IRAs and she has stock in a few things
and a few life insurance policies. DO you think she will still be able to co-sign?
She told me last night to call the INS and ask them if she would qualify, but I
decided to post it on here for you guys to answer...thanks.......also will the
immigration look at the fact that my husband is a CPA and has had his job for 11
years and has a lettter of recommendation and he also works for a company that is an
American company. He doesnt pay American taxes but he does the payroll for the
AMericans lol....Once again thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
