I've just become a US citizen and am married to a H1 visa holder. What do I need to
do now to get her a Green Card? Thanks for any help. Does it cause any problems
because I've been a citizen for such a short time?

Hi,

I am going through a similar process right now. Here are the forms that you will need
to fill out:

I-130 I-485 G325A (for you and for your wife) I-864 (maybe I864A in addition) I-765
(if EAD card is needed)

You can submit all these forms as one packet and submit it to the local INS
office. Dont know exactly how much time it takes, but usually, the EAD is approved
in 1-120 days.

Hope this helps!

You and she could file the applications (I-130/I-485/I-765/I-131 at the INS district
office) the day you became a U.S. citizen.

Check out some websites:
