Citizenship For my Mother
My mother have green card for last four years. She is not able to write and speak
English. She is 62 year old. How I can apply Citizenship for her. I will
appreciate any help.

First of all, she must be a Permanent Resident for 5 years before she can apply
for citizenship. Second, she must be able to speak and write in English, and pass
the citizenship test, so if she really wishes to become a citizen, you might look
into some English as a Second Language classes for her at your community college.
Just because she is 62 doesn't mean she is too old to learn something new.
