Hi, all:

Here is my question:

Both of my parents just became citizens and I have two over-21 brothers (Married and
UnMarried)both in US with F-1 (Non-Immigration Visa).

Could they get Employment Authorization Document fisrt while waiting for green cards
and stay here legally? How long will it take? They haven't started doing anything yet
and we have no idea what's best to
do.

thanks,

andy
