Checking status of H1B Visa Application ... ... ...

Hi All,
Have been checking the status of my H1B application through INS's automated number.
The status which I have been getting for the past two months has been "Your visa
application was received on so and so date and a receipt was sent back, usual
processing time is 30 to 90 days".
Has any one got any other messages, as their applications have progressed through
INS ? I was just wondering about how many stages my application will go through
before I get to hear the "Your Visa was approved and the approval papers have been
mailed" message !
Cheers,
Me.

The message will stay the same until it was approved. Exception: if INS sends you an RFE
(Request for Evidence). Or of course if they deny
it.
In other words, if you hear anything else, that usually means something bad (not
necessarily something serious).
