Hi.
Just a question about my AOS. I sent it in about 2 wks ago and the check has not been cashed??? Strange, what could it mean?

After two weeks??? I know it was delivered as I have the US postal service confirmation...

But its a govermental department... its not like real life ...give it a month!!

Sacramento... They are pretty up to date. I am just worried I did something wrong.

Wow ..They are up todate if we believe the info ..I expect the checks are all paid in weekly ..if there was anything wrong they will return the package ...
as I say give it another couple of weeks before worrying..

Give it 3 weeks. If after 3 weeks and you havent heard from them, there's a possibility your documents will be returned for additional/correctional info. See if your checks cleared. That's a surefire sign that they've received your application.

Takes a while, it took a month for me for them to cash the cheques...
