Hey guys,

I went to Charlotte yesterday morning to give them the forms - Ajustment of Status
and EAD (1 year). The officer looked at my papers and told me to wait for the
appointment letter to come back and get my 1 year EAD. She asked me if I got the
stamp at the airport for the 90 days EAD, which the answer was NO. She got my
passport and told me to wait so I could get my 90 days EAD right away. She said
something about: "I don't know why they are not issuing the 90 day EAD at the
airport, thats their jobs..." bla bla

After that it took me 15 minutes, I went to the office down the hall, they took my
picture, my fingerprint and explained how should I apply for the 1 year EAD (exactly
what I was doing that day).

Thats it!!! easy and painless. I got the 90 days EAD after my wedding at the same day
that I applied for the 1 year EAD and I-485. I am soooo happy!!
