Changing job after 6 month in 485, any issues?
I am thinking about changing job. I am EB-2 and
have been in 485 stage for over 6 months.
1. are there any changes in 485 portability, that is, can I change job
without losing
the green card application?
2. What do I need to do for my application, if any? Should I
inform INS?
3. Are there any implication such as application processing
delay?
4. Did anyone have bad experience when changing job in 485 stage?
5. Do I need current I-94? I read it somewhere that there
could be implications if I-94 is not current.
