Wondering if it's possible to "transfer" your pending K-1 application that has so far
been processed and sent to the consulate in another country to be sent to another
country once is has gone this far? We are waiting for his interview and he has the
opportunity to go to another country, and was wondering if this is possible? Please

What do you mean by he has an opportunity to go to another country?? If he goes to
another country, he may need an another police report if he is living there. If he is
NOT living there, the consulate there may not process him. I think doing this can
only result in delays and/or losing something.

I think the best source for this information would be the consulates involved. You
would need to find out whether the second consulate would process him if he is just
visiting. You need to find out if the first consulate will send the paper work. Since
the consulate has the paperwork, how much time until his interview?
