Change of status question
Hi, visa guru,
I have a question about change of status. My wife is currently on H4 and a company
will sponsor her H1B soon. So for her there will be a change of status from H4 to
H1B. If by any chance her H1B application is denied, will she also lose her H4
status? Thanks in advance,

She will be on H-4 even if the H-1B is approved till she starts working for
that company.
She will not lose her status because of filing for H-1B.
