Change of status -H4 -H1 Stamping ??
I am on H1 and my wife came here on H4. She got her H1 approved last
year and working for the past 1 year .We are planning to Ind for a
vacation.
My questions
1.I know that she can her H1 stamped in Ind.But I want to know how
difficult is getting H1 stamped? Is it risky? Will she held back?
2.What is the success rate if she prefers to go outside US i.e.,
Canada/Mexico ?Will this be rrisky?
If this is less risky -What is the process?Should one have a Canada
Visa?
Where to book appointment for a Canada visa in US?
Any sites will be much helpful?
Thanks

As long as everything is in order, there's no reason why there should
be any problem.

If her normal residency is India, only the Consulates in India are
obliged to handle her application. If there's anything looks at all
questionable to other Consulates they may decline to accept her
application.

That depends on one's citizenship; it should be easy to find a
Canadian government web site that gives entry requirements.
