Change name on green card.
Hi!
I wanted to know if it is possible to change my married name on my
green card. i will be shortly getting divorced. I want to get back to
my maiden name. How can i do that? Do i need to go thrugh a lawyer?

No you don't need a lwayer, just download form I-90 from
http://www.immigration.gov/graphics/...forms/i-90.htm
and then file it at your local service center. You will need proof of legal name change, such as your divorce papers, showing that you will now be known by your former name

You can file I-90 online, then go to local office (as instructed) for sig. and fingerprint.
