Default Chances of Visa with a sponsor from USA ?

I am a B.Tech Graduate applying for Masters at an American University.

I have decent GRE, TOEFL and B.Tech Percentage.

I wish to apply for F1 visa with my brother as sponsor.

My brother is on H1 visa working for a software firm in USA.

My F1 Visa has been rejected earlier on the grounds of Potential Immigrant.

How do i improve my chances of getting a visa ?

How do i prove to them that i am not a Potential Immigrant ?

All suggestions are welcome

thanks

bye

This will be quite difficult for you - with your brother on H1 there is a reasonable
suspition that you will take the popular F1 -> H1B -> Green Card route. Try to find
an employer (in your country!) that is willing to give you a job after you come back
from USA. If you own any property (not necessarily a house - it can be an apartment,
a piece of land, etc.) then it can also help.

Attn:marek

Should that document be a notarized one ?

What should the contents of the document be ?

should it => something like we are offering him a job after he completes his

education ?

No. It must be convincing, not verified authentic. If you get such a document
notarized, all that would prove is that the person who claims who signed it actually
did - but notarization wouldn't say anything about whether the job really exists. And
that's what you need to convince the consular officer of.

    >What should the contents of the document be ?

"We, company XXX, offer Mr. Kituz a job as YYYYY in your company upon graduation from
college in the United States." That's basically the gist of it.

Exactly.
