Can somebody define the CBIS Official Status for the following situations - This is to determine if I needed to register for Selective Service before turning 26:

In America on a K1 Visa?

In America, married to a US citizen and filed the I-485 form?

In America, married to a US citizen and filed the I-751 form?

case.

But if it was, basically the only reliable way to find out would be to
apply for citizenship, and if it is denied, appeal. It could end up at the
Supreme Court - the only place that can render a 100% authoritative
answer.
