Default cancel B2 Visa

I have sponsored a B2 visa for my father-in-law, but after he came in
here he started creating problems asking for my complete salary and
creating unnecessary issues around in the community.

He does want to go back and want to work illegally here.

Is there a way I can cancel his visa and forcibly send him back.

Any information will be helpful.

He does or DOES NOT??

Is he staying with you? Do you have access to his passport or I-94? If yes,
make a copy of his I-94 & inform BCIS about his illegal status.

I am sorry that was a typo , He "does not" want to leave. He is not
staying with me, I donot have access to his passport, but I do have a
copy of his passport and the I-94.

Thanks for your info, I will get the details on informing BCIS.

Thanks

if he's a real problem for you, don't hesitate and report him.

and if you say to BCIS that he wants to work illegaly and stay, i'm sure they're gonna deport him right away and he won't be able to enter US for years, if not ever.

What you need to do is tell BCIS that you have an illegal living with you and
are concerned for your own status and want to do the right thing and report
him. Technically, BCIS can deport you for harboring an illegal alien...

Why on earth does he want your salary? Tell him to go take a long walk off a
short pier.

By the way where does your wife fit into all this?
