Canada PR - H1B
Hi,
I'm a Canadian PR landed in Nov'2001. I got a job offer from US, they
want to file for H1, does anyone know what's processing times now?
I have a 2 weeks old son born in Canada, he will probably a Canadian
Citizen, does he need a H4 visa to live in USA?
I appreciate your help..
Thanks

If they want to pay for premium processing, three weeks. Do be sure and
verify that you won't lose your Canadian PR by moving to the US.

Canadian citizens do not need a visa (and in fact can't usually get it).
Just bring evidence of Canadian citizenship with you when you travel to
the US, and he will be given H-4 status at the border.
