Default Can you recommend a good Naturalization lawyer?

Hi all

I'm looking for a good Naturalization with the following qualifications:

Free initial consultation. Prompt and responsive Honest Relatively low priced.
Wont screw up my application

If you have any web links of recommendations I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks

I am looking for the same thing in San Framcisco or East Bay for removal of my
conditional status after divorce before the 2 years are over.

Thanks,

Claus

Here are couple of good sources, each having a different way of handling things.

When I was going through the green card process, my lawyer told me that the whole
naturalization process is so simple that he doesn't normally do it, he just gives the
potential applicant a stack of forms that are needed. Of course I assume he's talking
about a straight forward case without any special circumstances (like an arrest or
something like that)

Dave,

Applying for Naturalization is very very straightforward and easy. Please don't
consider this legal advice of any sort, but you may want to fill out the form
yourself. The INS website has the N-400 form in Adobe Acrobat fillable version. You
can download the form and fill it in on your own computer (no need for a typewriter).
If you make mistakes, you can change things. The form is very easy and
straightforward - I believe only 5 pages long. The only other things they require are
(1) two INS style pictures, (2) photocopy of front and back of green card, and (3)
$310 as a personal check or money order.

Of course if you want to make an honest (yeah right!) lawyer richer, it's your call.
If you need more information, I would be happy to help you. Good luck,

Razorback
