Hi. My Ukrainian fiancee just e-mailed me that she received the packet of papers from
the U.S. Embassy in Warsaw where we will go for the interview.

She doesn't trust the speed or the security of the Ukraine postal system and asked me
if she could fax the OF-169 form to the embassy. I have no idea whether she can or
not. Can anybody help me? Thanks. Tony

Yes, she can fax the OF-169 to the embassy, but she also needs to fax the INS
approval notice with the OF-169.

She can include a cover letter requesting that a provisional file be opened and
indicate your/her email addresses in the fax. Request that when the file is opened
that they notify you by email with the file number (if you don't have it already.)

You can do it also, but be sure to send a copy of your approval notice. A cover
letter seems to help also. Just went through the whole process last month. Good luck
