Can I work without quitting my job on L2
Hi,
I am currently staying in the US on a L2 VISA. I have the EAD required to work in US. I am also employed in India and have come here on a long term leave.
Can I work in the US on a contract basis without quitting my job in India.
Please advise.

As for any other entity objecting to your working in the US (such as the Indian government or your US or foreign employer), that's outside the scope of this forum.
Your US or Indian employer may see it as a conflict of interest.

From a US immigration standpoint, it doesn't matter. If you have a valid L2, and an EAD card, you can work.
As for any other entity objecting to your working in the US (such as the Indian government or your US or foreign employer), that's outside the scope of this forum.
