Can I get an update on the USCIS fees increase?
Please could somebody give me an update on the USCIS fees increase?
I searched google and seem to get old info from last year or 30 page PDF docs.
Does anyone have a recent news link?
Did congress or whoever approve the increases and when will they be effective / how much?

There is an anticipated increase in the works and yes, it was talked about last year and takes 6 to 9 months to be approved by Congress before the fees go into effect.
They are also talked about on the USCIS website. Their anticipated date of effect if between June and September, 2007.
