I am filing I-130/I-1485 package for my mother while she is in US. Do I need to go to
INS office in San Francisco in person? or Can I send it by mail?

Thanks John

See this page and read the local filing procedures.
http://www.ins.usdoj.gov/graphics/fi...an/aboutus.htm I believe you must
file in person. Take Care. Shelley
