Can I-693 delay DV-2003 interview?
I was selected in DV-2003 and chose to go through AOS. My number is
current. I sent the application in and received a confirmation letter.
In the confirmation they ask me to send the I-693 form to the local
INS within 84 days. For health reasons I cannot have a medical exam
in the next 40 days. Can sending the I-693 after 40 days delay my
interview?

If at all possible, don't delay. Rather, see the INS-approved doctor and
have him decide what exam he can or cannot perform. Those he cannot
perform, he has the power to waive. The same goes for any required
vaccination.
