Dear Ibraheem,
Children born in the UK after 1983 are not necessarily British by birth. If a parent is not British the child will not be British, it would obtain the nationality of the parents.
Once the child has resided in the UK with its parents, for at least 3 years and the parents hold Indefinite Leave to Remain, the child may be registered as a British citizen.
