Birth Certificate and Traveling to Canada by Air
Planned an anniverary trip for wife this Thursday and she can't locate her passport. Can we use her birthcertificate and other forms of ID. She is USC. will we experience any problem returning?
Already made reservations for everything and it's expensive to cancel and not possible to reschedule it due to our busy schedule at work

You can do it now, but this will change in near future--you will need a passport then. But you are good for this trip with birth cert and photo ID such as drivers license.
