Default Birth Cert for immigrant visa interview

My birth cert is my adoption birth cert, is this enough for the interview.

Yes, except if you are seeking an immigration benefit as the son or daughter
of one of your adoptive parents, who petitioned for you. If that is the
case, you would also have to show that you were adopted before the age of
16, and that you have been living with the parent for at least two years.

For any other purpose, the adoption birth certificate by itself is
sufficient.
