Obviously there's an assumption I hadn't read the sticky about PM's... there's an indication I have done as I said email, not PM, as was clearly visible in my post. Am I now to be told private emails are considered the same as a PM?

As stated in the stickied thread...it is so incorrect information can be corrected. The wrong immigration advice could have serious consequences. I have edited the sticky to include emails...thanks for pointing it out.
