B2 Visa Please Help!!
Hi There,
I am currently living in Orlando as I had an Interview at the US Embassy in London & they Granted my 6mth B2 Holiday Visa as my Company agreed to give me a 6 Month Career Break.
The problem is that is there anyway i can extend my B2 visa as I don't want to go home(I am due to return in March 2004), I've got a Car, insurance, Apartment,Cable,high speed internet, Bank account & credit card etc.. and I don't have to work as i just collect my profits from my internet sites in the UK, so i don't need to have a job anyway so a green card isnt needed..
just want to know if the B2 is Extendable or do i have any other options apart from marrying a US citizen?

Maybe you can find a company thats related to what you do and perhaps they can sponser you for a green card.

You could apply for an extension of your B-2.... But you will need a very good reason....Or you could go home for a month or two then return ... If you have a few pennies buy yourself a business and get an E-2 visa...
