b2 visa with f1 partner..help!!!
i'm hoping someone here will have the answer. My partner is on an f1 visa and we will be applying for an f2 for our children. As we are not married yet I cannot apply under this status i'm hoping to apply for a B2, what are the chances of me getting one and is there any chance of this being extended.
I had a look at the following..I think this applies to me but not sure!!

How do you plan to afford this? Is anyone going to be working in this group? Is anyone maintaining a foreign residence?
You can expect these questions and more.

Thank you Folinskyinla. No nobody is working at the moment as we cannot, the purpose of the trip is to study. Yes we have a permanant residence in england and we will be using our savings to finance the trip for now which is adeqate for the next year or so.
