Default B1 visa from a IIIrd country

HII,
I got a job in USA.
The problem : VISA.

Could you suggest me a best way to get a visa ?
I was previously employed in USA for 3 years [ H1B , now expired ] and
then moved to Malaysia.
Iam basically from India.

Is it possible to get a premium H1B processing within 30 days from
now?

My employer suggests B1 getting stamped in Malaysia [III country for
me] and then come to USA and after 4 months apply for H1B . what are
the cons in both the cases and also what are all the documents for B1
visa? How long will it take in a III country I have my malaysian work
permit only for 1 more month ... should i also show my air ticket back
to india or to malaysia??

Thanks.

Coming to the US on a B1 with the intention of changing status to H1 once you enter is illegal and grounds for an order of expedited removal. Your employer is telling you to break the law.

I'm not familiar with visa issuance in Malaysia, but most consulates are reluctant to issue visas to people who don't reside in there.
