B1/B2 visa and passport expiration date
Hello all,
I have a passport that expires on 07/22/2006 there is a B1/B2 visa has the
same expiration date.
I would like to come visit the US in March/April - will they let me into the
US ? If so, for how long ?
I also have a new passport that is valid until 2016, but there is no U.S.
visa there.
Thanks.

You should bring both the old and new passport. Then, you will probably
be admitted for the full six months.
If you only bring your old passport, you will either be admitted until
7/22, or not at all, depending on your nationality. Citizens of most
countries in the world must have passports valid for six months beyond
the planned return date.
