b1/b2 visa and already applied for immigration
Hi.
My brother has been sponsored by my parents for US immigration. Before
applying for US Immigration, he and his family already had 5 years of
B1/B2 visa. and had visited US few times in last few years. Now their
Visa is expired last year 2006 Dec.
Now he and family wants to apply for B1/B2 again at the US Consulate.
Can he do that .? Is it possible
