After eight months, the INS has finally issued guidance to its field offices
regarding the H-1B cap law, and portability issues. The Supreme Court has ruled on
a number of important immigration issues during past two weeks. And after 18
months, the INS has finally issued H-1C nurse regulations. Read about these issues
