Arrested once!
I have a question. I was once arrested on a misdemeanor charge outside a bar in MD. “Disturbing the peace� is what they called it. I did my 12 hours of community service and that was it. This was 6 years ago when I was still in college. Is that going to be a problem during the background check? I didn’t want to lie about anything on the AOS application, so I mentioned it and also provided an explanation.

You'll most probably find they need the paperwork from the court, too. If you didn't send it, start the legwork for getting it now.
