Arlington field office
Does anyone have a recent time line for paperwork filed at the
Arlington Va. service center. I went there about 6 weeks ago filed for
AOS and AP ect. They said I would get a letter for fingerprints in a
month but so far nothing. How long has it been taking for any kind of
response from them????? Anyone have any idea...thanks

It took us 2 months to get the AP. Probably a bit less for the fingerprint appointment.

We filed on July 1, and my husband got his EAD letter last week. Hope that helps.

My husband filed the papers to renew his EAD on Aug 26 and the AP was recieved in 12 days and the EAD interview letter was received two days ago.
It was very quick in our opinion. Both arrived before the orginial AP and EAD expired.
Although still no word on the Status of our AOS interview that we had on May 30th.
