Appointments at Tijuana consulate ?

Has anyone been able to reserve an appointment for a visa interview at the consulate in
Tijuana recently ? There never seem to be any available on either the website or the
1-900 number.

It is hard to make an appointment at Tijuana. 4-8 appoiments a day 4 days a week. Get up
early, log into the web site, and do refresh the page in your browser like crazy
When
time comes right to 8:00 am, you might get a chance to "catch" your turn, because many
others will do the same that morning Be prepared to stay by computer 1-2 hours, bacause
right after 8:00 am, the connection will become incredibly slow. Be patient, do not reload
or stop connection/transfer. If you caught your turn, you'd be granted an appointment.
