Appointment needed?
My wife received her Notice of Removal of Conditional Basis of Lawful
Permanent Residence last week, and they say she needs to appear in person at
the Service office shown below on the letter.
The Address is:
300 N Los Angeles St
2050
Los Angeles Ca. 900120000
Do we need an appointment to do this or can we just walk in?
Also They say they want 3 recent photos of the same type as on your present
alien card but the woman at the photo store said the INS has changed to the
front view. My wife's green card has the slightly turned to the side view.
I wonder if it's ok to bring the fully front view?

Re: Appointment needed?
The photo requirements were changed and are listed on the opening page of the USCIS website. I would suggest that she make an appointment through the USCIS website's Infopass link. Quick and easy to do.
Congratulations.
Congratulations.

Re: Appointment needed?
I'm currently in the same situation. So what is the answer? Do I need the three-quarter photos or the full frontal ones?
Also, can I register on the internet so that I don't have to stand in a long line?
Please let me know.
Thanks.

Re: Appointment needed?
I found Rete's reply for Nov 8th. Can't find one for Nov 7th.
Also, for infopass, I'm not sure which reason for visit to select. ANy help is appreciated.
Thanks.

As for the reason: pick any one - I don't think it matters...

When we got our approval letter, there was a second page included behind the actual approval letter. Did you get one?
On THAT page, it instructs you to:
-make an InfoPass date for this appointment, online at uscis.gov
-be sure to use the NEW PHOTO standard of full face on pix, not the 3/4 view.
