What are the ways?? Do we have to phone the embassy or can it be done online?? We are hoping to get one the last week of feb. Just waiting for the visa petition to be accepted and trying to organise stuff our end.

i believe you phone the embassy. my husbands firm did the paperwork and used a visa agency and they actually booked our appt on our preferred date. Was about 6 weeks wait for an L1 visa late summer last year. Might be more or less now and you can get cancellations as well. We flew out to the us one week after our visa interview. so appt booked end aug. via appt in 2nd week of october, flew out in 3rd week.
