Default Applying I-130 for my wife

Hi,

I have green card and will hopefully be citizen in 1 year. I want to
know if I file I-130 for my wife now and pay the application fee,
after I will be citizen and upgrade my application to citizen category
should I pay another application fee?

Reza

No, you won't pay another application fee. They will upgrade your existing petition.
