Thanks again for the information, I was able to speak with a live person on the USCIS website through the chat and they stated that I cannot file under the 3-year rule as I did not obtain my LPR status through marriage to a US citizen, lots of people say that you can but I have yet to hear from someone who has actually filed under the 3-year rule when they did not get their GC through marriage. If I file now under the standard 5-year rule I will need to overcome the assumption that I did not break continuous residence. I have two Absences’ of over six months but less than 11 months in years 4 & 5 Has anyone over come 6 + month absences’?

Your questions are good ones. Upon a review of your posts, if I was inclined to address your questions I would first express a lot of uncertainty and need to review.
Not only would it be a good idea to obtain legal consultation, it should be from a lawyer conversant in naturalization; most immigration lawyers are not really able to address your questions.
(You already have bad info from CIS).
