hi everyone

i have a problem with filling electronicaly aplication. i am getting
error message:

due to high volume traffic your application can not be proccesed this
time. you will not be counted as duplicate...


i tried in different times and on differnt days of the week. what is
going on?

Maybe it is a way to filter bad luck guys )

May be try different ISP. It's quite possible that your government may
implement some filters preventing people from playing GC Lottery. I know it
was an issue with mailing before in some countries - mail was just delayed
or dropped. May be they have the same things with electronic applications...

In my case it happens with 2 different ISPs:
one commercial and the second - corporative Internet...

Any other ideas?

I'm also alright . I applied for the lottery last night and it worked . Hope I'll get lucky .

I have tried since yesterday (Oct 10) and I can't. I am doing it from
California, US .. hmmm .. they may be filtering some IP's ..depending
where they come from.

Hey there, I want to apply too but i am not sure if my pic is good. I
scanned one and resized it to fit the specifications but the file size
is bigger given that the resolution must be 150 dpi. How did you do
it??? TY

I have photoshop pro 6.0 on my PC, never used it before! I had a 2" x 2" photo, scanned it, then played around with photoshop to adjust the size (believe me if I can do i ANYONE can)

The main point is that the site has a photo validator, which allows you to test and see if the photo is valid, that what I used and after a while on photoshop it accepted it.

If you can't edit it, send the photo and the URL of the photo validator to someone who can? Get it back and off you go!

finaly i did it. it took me two weeks.
today in the mornig i checked as usual the web site. and did let me
through. wow what a relief....
