Default AOS Packet - No PayStubs - Direct Deposit

Hi Again

We have paperless direct deposit at my company, we stopped getting even the non-negotiable checks years ago. What other form of pay proof is acceptable for my AOS (I-864) packet? What about bank statements showing the deposit from my Company?

Thank you,

Christina

Most paperless systems have a website where you can log in and print off past pay stubs and W2s. Talk to your HR.

I take it you are the Petitioner? As sir_eccles said, log in and print out your payslips. You can also have your emplyer verify that you are on your current salary and that your payslip printouts are an authentic copy of your actual payslips (better wording needed!).

At the filing stage, I'd perhaps send copies of your bank statements showing the deposits going in to your account. At interview, I'd have the originals available for inspection.

In my case copies of payslips were sent with the AOS application and more recent payslips (copies) were available at interview. I forgot to bring originals of either (and I did not provide bank statements showing the payroll deposits at any point). I wouldn't recommend this though, as mine was an otherwise very strong application.

I agree with the others. I also have direct deposit at work, but I can still log on and view/print a paystub from online. If your company doesn't have this option, talk to HR and see what they can provide for paper pay stubs. Also a letter from your employer is helpful, on company letterhead, stating your salary, full time position, and how long you've been with the company.

Thanks Everyone! I logged onto our internal HR portal and have been able to do just that!

Much appreciated
