AOS filing and vaccination supplement
Hi All Well I am finally going to the US to get married (K1 visa) and am leaving
Friday. I have most of my aos paperwork already sorted out but am totally confused
about the instructions for filing form I-485 which states that I need to submit a
vaccination supplement.
I have a copy of form USV Form 15 from my medical exam in london stating that "to
complete full vaccination requirements He/she will require the following; TD and MMR.
I have now had these done by my Dr in London and have proof of having had these done
on headed note paper from my Dr.
Is this all I will need to submit the AOS package or do I need to obtain a
vaccination supplement (what ever that is)??
Please help as I really need to sort this out before I leave!!

You do not need the vaccination supplment, to file the I-485.
If at all, it may be asked for as part of the interview....but since you took care
of all of that as part of the K-1 medical, you likely will not be asked for it,
even then.
