Hello, I have sent my entire package to the Vermont Service Center and yesterday I
recieved the first NOA. I didnt include any forms for cableing the petition to the
consulate in my fiance's country because I have consistently heard that the Vermont
center automatically cables the forms regardless.I would like to hear from anyone who
did request for cabling to the vermont center. I am hoping that there is no need to
send a cable request form as I heard its not necessary but I am still worried and I
do not want anything to delay or harbour my fiance's chances of obtaining a visa as
soon as possible, so he can be with me as soon as possible!! Any thoughts or words of
wisdom would be appreciated. Thank you.

As far as I know, Vermont always cables, however foreign US consulates do not
uniformly accept cabled petitions, and some of the more exotic locales will require
waiting for the paper petition to crawl its way there.

I received my second NOA from Vermont with the following wording:

The above petition has been approved and forwarded to the listed consulate. The
consulate has also been notified by cable.

I did not request cabeling with my 129F submission. I am sure they always cable
from Vermont.
