If you are really and truly worried that your GC might be false - or be so different from others as to be seen as fake - why don't you make an Infopass appointment, and go in with your GC and have them examine it and give you the OK that it's all fine, or if USCIS also thinks the picture got messed up somehow, they can direct you to take new pics and get a new card, as Mo suggested.
Just curious why this is bothering you so much? Do you think yours is fake somehow? Did you not follow proper procedure and receive the GC in the mail as others have?

What is his problem anyway? If it came in an official envelope with instructions after you were approved in the interview, why would you be worried?
