I talked to a friend of mine who filed his k3 back in May but didnt
get a notice of receipt until July. He told me that he got an
approval letter yesterday that was dated Sept 18. I told him he should
get another one from the NVC in 2 weeks with his case number on it.
So, based on that if what he said is true, the k3 is moving along still.
Just gotta be patient with it and not let it drive you nuts.

Hi. We have the same NOA date. I'm guessing that we should be hearing something
mid October. Good luck!

It appears that MSC currently working on mid-late May applications (1st NOA dates that is). Seems like they're slowly starting to speeds things up so hopefully in Oct they'll be into June and maybe early July apps as well

Bookmark the following and you can check your status online. I just checked to see if it worked and voila, works just fine.

Best of luck to all. If I can help anyone (K3/K4)...suggestions, etc, please feel free to ask. No lawyer here, lol, but I've got my opinions like everyone else.

Any body out there who answered 'N/A' to the column 10 on the I29F about the 'Names of prior husbands/wifes' and got approval from MSC.i answered 'N/A' thinking since we were never married before, that answer may be right.now i hear the answer should have been 'NONE' instead of 'N/A'.please share any experiences about the APPROVAL OR RFE with the similar
situation. THANKS
First NOA 6/24.

AS per the new processing report they are working on cases
receipted on JUNE 12. http://members.aol.com/MDUdall/sctimes.htm
