Hi everyone,

I thought I would ask if anyone recently went to Newark NJ for Naturalization Interview. I am not sure what their timeline is as they have not updated processing times for a while. Thank you.

We applied in Sept 06. Daughter became a USC 3 mths later...it took 6 mths for us. Although this timeline could have changed.

Interview was very easy. Our daughter was studying American Studies at Uni so the interviewer said she'd know all the answers and left it at that. We knew all 100 sample questions inside out but the ones we were asked were what do the stripes on the America flag represent...who lives at the White House...simple questions like that.

The interview and oath ceremony are on the same day...either morning or afternoon.
