Default any H1B experience with AFLAC company?--Sylvia pls read

hi,i was wondering if anyone had experience with insurance company
AFLAC (selling ins to businesses),whether they issue H1B visas. the
job i am referring to is "sales management trainee"; they have
lawyers,MBAs, college grads but also ppl without college working at
this job. i was also told at the interview that they hire ppl of
different nationalities. my question: would an H1B be feasible in this
case? i cannot tell from their website if a college degree is
necessary. please give any feedback if possible.thank you!

my guess: if you say, they have people without a degree working for this job, than the job doesn't require a degree and therefore doesn't qualify for H1B. Just my guess. But i would also say, that any job, that is a "trainee" job doesn't qualify for H1B.

I have some information that might help however please dont consider it set in stone, this is just my experience, when i was graduating from college i went to a job fair and i met a recruiter from AFLAC, he was a nice guy he got there early as i did so we got to talking anyways to cut a long story short he was interested in me coming to his office to interview etc, i told him i was from overseas etc and about sponosorships etc, he basically said oh wow never had anyone from overseas, (at thta point i figured guess they dont do sponosors) i was looking for a IT job anyways and not a insurance job so i didnt go furthur than that with him anyways how ever, anyways this was my experience!

interesting! there is a web site (forgot the name) it's a database
where you type in the company name and it shows you how many h1b
applications were processed there in recent months. i checked there
for AFLAC and it said there definitely were h1b applications going
on,but i couldn't tell for which jobs. now i really wonder....if
anyone has other experiences, pls let me know

if its a suitable position then why not just go in for the interview, just a note just because a company doesnt list it has done h1b's doesnt mean it wont make an exception, although i do admit this is old info perhaps nowdays its less but you will never know till you find out so go ahead and see what they say. best of luck bud!
