I petitioned my husband on the K3. I am a full-time stusent and I am part time employed on weekends. I make so little income that I am not even required to file income taxes!! I am listed as a dependent on my mother's income tax.

My mother will be my co-sponsor or joint sponsor (confused)????
Does she have to file a I-134 or I-134A (if it exists)???
What documents do we send with the I-134

For the AOS stage, how would the I-864 work in case? Would she fill out a seperate I-864 or just the I-864A part?
