Alien's Change of Address Card form
I am a permanent resident alien living in the US. I just moved 2 days
ago and I know that I am required to file an "Alien's Change of Address
Card" (AR-11) form with the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration.
The form asks for port of entry into U.S. Is that the last time I cam
into the US before I got my Green Card? I have left the country once
after I received the Green Card.
Any help with this is appreciated.
